The Common Cold And Its Symptoms

When you have a cold you feel like your body is just drained and you don't want to get up from bad, all you want to do is sleep and stay under the cover. How you feel depends on where it is in your body, like in your chest, head, throat, or sick to your stomach. Colds can happen when you lease expect it and they can hit you hard making you nauseous, stuffy, cough, nose runny, you feel dead to the world, and make your body hurt. They can take a few days or a week or two depending have bad it is and what it has done to you. Your body can be warm or hot and be you feel like you are freezing which makes it even worse on you and when you move your body will ether feel like it's heavy and it will be hard to left yourself ether out of bed or off the couch.

Colds are viruses or bugs that attack your system making you sick and you feel like you don't want to do anything because you feel so bad. When kids are sick sometimes they don't even acted like they are but other times they are like zombies, they look out of it and all they want to do is lie down and sleep or they want their mommy or their daddy to hold them. You can put them in the bath tub and put vapor medicine in the water to help break up the stuff in their chest, you can put a medicated salve on their chest and their back to help them sleep and breathe at night, or you can give them cough medicine to make them feel better.

Colds can make your eyes, your nose, and your throat hurt because they are irritated or have pressure on them. They are the enemy to us and we don't like getting them, but the happen and sometime we can't avoid it because when other people have them it gets in the air and you breathe it in and you don't even know it is there and you can catch it. If you immune system is strong it will be harder for you to catch a cold but if it is not strong than you can catch a kinds of cold because your body can't fight them off as good as others.
